Shipping Policy

All Orders

Orders are shipped via USPS

Once you place an order you will receive an email with your confirmation number​. We ship items within 2 days Mon-Friday and will send you a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped.

​

In the unlikely circumstance that an item you ordered is out of stock we will email you immediately and refund the order.

 

Large orders items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing.  You will be able to cancel and/or change your order if you are not satisfied with the additional charges.

We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

 

Expected Delivery Dates

All dates are estimates and may vary.

All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

All packages are estimated to be delivered 3-5 days from time of processing barring any unforeseen circumstances. During the holiday season shipment can take longer and should be ordered with at least 2 weeks lead time to get to you in time for the holidays.

Transit days for packages are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

All shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.  We will try to use as few packages as possible and will minimize shipping charges.

All packages will carry a delivery confirmation charge.

Large orders, and/or multiple item purchases, may incur additional shipping and handling charges. Those charges will be stated on the product page and will be added once the item is placed in your shopping cart.

Once your product(s) is in the shopping cart, all associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed.  Once you click “check out now” you will not incur further charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Product Returns

All returns must be receive with 30 days of purchase and be in the same condition as which it was delivered with tags intact.

If your purchased item is received broken please contact USPS and report a claim to them (800-275-8777).

When needing to make an exchange, please contact us at V_Pinchuk@halfnormalnurse.com to arrange for the exchange.

 

Additional Information

We ship to the US including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please include correct address information or unusual notes in the notes section of the shipping information.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.

Your order will leave in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper (USPS) to make a claim.
